Mark Fairty, owner of Queensville Sod Farms, was mentored by his father for over 40 years. Now, Mark is honored and privileged to pass his expertise and knowledge over to his two sons, Gordon and Shawn. Our farms are spread throughout East Gwillimbury, Georgina, and Uxbridge. Our retail yard is located on Leslie Street, just minutes north of Newmarket. We grow 100% Kentucky Bluegrass Nursery sod, selected from 4 of the latest cultivars. This sod is ideal in our climate and can thrive in either full sun or in partially shaded areas. It has excellent color and texture and is perfect for residential use, golf courses, and sports fields.
